Are your clothes true to size?

Most of our clothes are true to size but there are some variations where the make of the item will be smaller or larger depending on the supplier. We try to make a note of this variation and always state what size the model is and the size she is wearing on all products. 

Is there a physical Little JC store I can visit? 

We have recently closed all our physical stores at the beginning of 2024. Reopening will be further announced.

When I track my order, there are no available details?

You will receive a tracking email as soon as we dispatch your order. If you have not received a tracking email, be sure to check your junk mailbox or email info@littlejc.com.au for further information

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, our store policy is that we do not do refunds for change of mind unless in the case of a faulty item, which will first be assessed then either replaced or refunded for the product. However, we do offer exchanges and store credits. If you think your item/s is eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact info@littlejc.com.au

I didn't receive an order or tracking confirmation email. What should I do? 

The email could be in your junk mail folder or we could have the incorrect email address for you. Please contact us immediately at info@littlejc.com.au

When will my order be shipped? 

All orders are dispatched the following business day if the order is placed before midday. Please note during sales or high volume orders, estimated dispatched orders may vary.

What happens if the item I am interested in is sold out? 

Our items can sell out within hours and we are not always able to restock them. You can receive notifications by clicking "Notify me when available" underneath the item you are interested in. Once we restock that item, you will receive an exclusive notification for you to purchase. 

Can I return a sale item?

There are no returns, exchange or refunds available on sale items. All sale items are sold as a final sale only unless deemed faulty. Please refer to our returns policy by clicking HERE.
