Do I have to register to order something?

Yes, you must register an account with Little JC boutique to order from us. This way if there are any issues regarding your order we can see your details.

Are your clothes true to size?

Most of our clothes are true to size but there are some variations where the make of the item will be smaller or larger depending on the supplier. We try to make a note of this variation and always state what size the model is and the size she is wearing on all products. 

Is there a physical Little JC store I can visit? 

Yes! There are five stores in Brisbane located at Stones Corner, Garden City, Carindale, Chermside and Northlakes.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

When I track my order, there are no available details?

You will receive a tracking email as soon as we dispatch your order. If you have not received a tracking email, be sure to check your junk mailbox or email info.littlejcboutique.com for further information

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, our store policy is that we do not do refunds for change of mind unless in the case of a faulty item, which will first be assessed then either replaced or refunded for the product. However, we do offer exchanges and store credits. If you think your item/s is eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact info.littlejcboutique.com

Can I place an item on hold or lay-by?

We offer Afterpay but cannot hold items.

We are located in Brisbane, Australia

I didn't receive an order or tracking confirmation email. What should I do? 

The email could be in your junk mail folder or we could have the incorrect email address for you. Please contact us immediately at info.littlejcboutique.com

When will my order be shipped? 

All orders are dispatched the following business day if the order is placed before midday. Please note during sales or high volume orders, estimated dispatched orders may vary.

Is there any warranty on my products? 

All products are covered by a one month warranty but this does not include wear and tear or misuse of the product. All manufacturing faults are covered under this warranty. This warranty will be void if the care instructions are not followed or misuse of the product causing damage. 

What happens if the item I am interested in is sold out? 

Our items can sell out within hours and we are not always able to restock them. You can try in stores or sign up to our email notification list to get notified of any restocks.

Can I return a sale item?

There are no returns, exchange or refunds available on sale items. All sale items are sold as a final sale only unless deemed faulty. Please refer to our returns policy by clicking HERE.
